Everyone misses Jiraiya Sensei and wishes that Kishimoto kept him alive!...
-and i have 1 strong proof that Jiraiya might stil be alive!!!!!!

Nagato did say that he could only save those he killed when he came to konoha...i think what he meant was that the period of time was important in using rinnetensei on someone..according to Nagato in order for some1 to be revived with Rinnetensei the period of time shouldn't be long between his death and reviving him with rinnetensei...that is why Nagato thought he could save only who he killed RECENTLY when he invaded konoha...HOWEVER Madara's revival with Rinnetensei proved that one can be revived even after many years from his death... a fact that Nagato himself ignored....Uchiha Madara knows more secrets about rinetensei then Nagato ....Nagato doesn't even know that the rinnegan isn't his but it belonged originally to madara..
-also Madara's revival with rinnetensei was easier...becuz obito rinntenseid only one person (madara)...but Nagato's rinnetensei was more difficult...becuz Nagato was focusing too much chakra on reviving many poeple...the ones who he killed recently have more chances to be revived..that is why Nagato said he could only save the poeple he killed WHEN HE CAME TO KONOHA...this means THERE'S A CHANCE EVEN IF ITS LITTLE that the Rinnetensei could reach jiraya's soul..now the chakra rodes that jiraiya got stabbed with COULD HELP TRANSMIT NAGATO'S CHAKRA TO JIRAIAYA'S DEAD BODY AND INCREASES THE CHANCES OF RINNETENSEI REACHING HIS SOUL...
other Reasons why Jiraiya sensei could be alive :
1-where did jiraiya die??
Jiraiya died inside the ocean....jiraiya got the frog powers and frogs can swim inside the water and save jiraiya...
2-have we ever seen a scene where Jiraiya appeared to Naruto in a form of soul or spirit and spoke with him??...NO WE DIDNT !!!!.....that's becuz if kishimoto did that that would confirm jiraiya's death!!!....
3-i know kabuto said that he couldn't find samples from jiraiya's DNA to resurrect him becuz jiraiya's body fell deep in the ocean...but think about it : kabuto's not being able to resurect jiraiya could also mean that kishimoto kept him alive!!
4-also if orochimaru becomes one of the main villains in naruto part 3, so it's his teammate who will stop him...you know its like : Naruto/Sasuke......Kakashi/Obito............Hashirama/Madara.....Jiraiya/Orochimaru....
5-kishimito didn't keep tsunade alive just like that in chapter 700...it must be for a good reason !!...TEAM SARUTOBI WILL MEET AGAIN!!!..
6-jiraiya is still a mystery to discover...we dont even know his clan name..
Flaws in my theory :
if my Rinnetensei theory is right then why wasn't okataku being revived with nagato's Rinnetensei??
its becuz Okataku asn't killed by Nagato, but rather died from the bijuu unseal....and nagato revived only the poeple who he killed
