After jiraiya was killed by pains. Nagato headed to konoha where he fought with naruto. So I think when he performed the rinne tensei technique, one of the green lights went out of konoha. which means,nagato resurrected jaraiya too. And I think orochimaru knew ny now. So,it will be seen the former legendary sannins meeting up with the new legendary sannins. That's y kishi didn't kill tsunade .....

Even if Jiraiya's was revived, his spirit no longer has a vessel to use since his body was destroyed. Unless someone created a body for him or retrieved it, I don't see Jiraiya returning anytime soon.

Highly unlikely. The Gedo: Rinne Tensei affects people that died a few hours before the use. Jiraiya died a while before that. Besides his throat was crushed by Asura Path and he was pinned down by about 5 blades to the torso area. I highly doubt he can survive that.
