[THEORY] IZANAGI cant affect certain objects already in existence

for a while now members on the base including me have been making assumptions on what tobi used to save himself from amaterasu when he looked into sasuke's eyes.

the two main factors are izanagi or tobi's space time migration tech.

Let me tell you why we should rule out the possibilities of tobi using his
s/t.
~ when tobi had came up from being hit with amatersu hes clothes looked flawless and has no signs of burn marks.

~ if tobi had used his s/t to get rid of amaterasu we should had still seen burn marks or even burn holes from amaterasu.

~ i dont see how Tobi's s/t can get rid of burn marks or burn holes.


~IZANAGI AND TOBI'S MASK.
I believe tobi used izanagi to get rid of amaterasu. That would explain tobi's clothes having no signs of burn marks of some sort from amaterasu

THE MASK.
we all re call when tobi's mask fell on the floor? why did he have to pick it up if he had used izanagi? i think thats because izanagi doesnt have effects certain obects already in existence.




SUMMARIZE: Izanagi cannot duplicate something thats already in existence. izanagi has effect on one's life not the existence of CERTAIN objects like tobi's mask

Izanagi is genjutsu. The forbidden jutsu also causes the sharingan to lose sight.
When Tobi confronted Konan about Nagato's betrayal and capturing those 2 shinobi in hokage Danzo arc, I believe he can stay there as long as he likes. If Tobi defends it's not until he can counter that he solidifes. Amaterasu doesn't burn out. Therefore as long as Tobi were to remain in the fire he could avoid being burned. IMO.
