But Amatarsu and Tsuyukomi can not be use without eyes coz you need Eyes to cast them Am i right??
This is correct. Amatersu and tsuyukomi and all other ms techniques except susanoo cause the user to bleed from their eyes(that is from the extreme stress being put on their eyes)
We still need a explanation but here are 2 very possible explanations.
1. Like the op said. He gets it from his rinnegan that black zetsu is connected to.
2. Susanoo isnt a eye power(at least base susanoo, aka no amatersu arrows or anything). It is what happens when the uchihas brain chakra reacts to the rest of the body. It is the "whole body" version of sharingan. (as sharingan is only uchiha brain chakra reacting to the eyes). It can only be used if the uchihas chakra is powerful enough(as the more hate an uchiha has the more powerful their chakra is). The minimum is ms.
This would only make sense, if every uchiha who gets MS, can all use susanoo. As Itachi and sasuke both had amatersu, and sasuke had blaze release, while itachi had tsukyomi, and madara has only shown susanoo, and obito and all other ms users have not shown techniques with both eyes, this cannot be confirmed.
Again. We still should get some explanation. All i am pointing out, is it isnt THAT illogical for madara to use susanoo. There are explanations that fit the naruto laws of physics. Kishi still couldve had him use some other technique though. Useing susanoo while blind was a mistake, unless kishi plans to build upon that in the future.
