For one i dont really believe anko let herself go and i dont think its a coincidence shes so close to chocho.
Its possible the author decided to have her let herself go for comedic gag but for a character we will barely see seems like a lame gag.
A better idea is to surprise us in how shes improved over the years and anyone can study hiden techniques. Weve also seen characters being adopted into the ino shila cho clans before.
Anyways nothing solid but a hunch.
