It was hinted. Naruto of the two was the only one made this statement. I thought it was just a sensation of power. But looking at what he did, that statement means that he literally can do anything in a sense.

The Yang and Yin parts are quite confusing but I believe Naruto is able to use Yin-Yang release because he has Gudoudama like a Juubi Jin.

-Did the manga foreshadowed that Naruto is The Yin master like it foreshadowed that he is The Yang master?
