If he uses waterdome techniqueand immediatly and fuses with Samehada Amaterasu would prove useless.

Susanno would get wrecked and Kisame would just outlast Itachi or Itachi will drown.

Genjutsu i believe would not work just because of Kisames speed.

Kisame uses Dome traps Itachi, Itachi uses Amaterasu and targets the Dome keeps burning and burning both die.

Kisame is strong and my favourite but when fighting this is one of the worst things you can go

Its all depedent on if Itachi gets caught and even if he is,what if Itachi gets out?

Its the worst possible tactic

Kisame would no longer have a Trump card or any thinkable way of winning if he starts with his best, when you begins to fight in a normal state Itachi would already be used to his frantic style (from the beginning) making him very ineffective.

Overall its better to step up the pressure as a fight goes on, not the other way around

No kisame himself has to drain ur chakara it's not the water done its kisame doing...

Itachi genjutsu happens out of no where so kisame won't win.

tis a good idea, however ur never "too fast" to get caught in itachis genjutsu, all the other points u made were valid though, amaterasu would get absorbed by samehada, along with susanoo. both are pure chakra techs. but itachi still wins with genjutsu.
