Lol Amaterasu is not doing shit to a gravitational sphere,, not to mention that it's not a living thing meaning the flames are useless.
Totsuka isn't cutting the orb before it develops either. Nor does it have the cutting feats to suggest that it does

The orb is pure Chakra, Chakra doesn't burn.
And Totsuka isn't doing shit, by the time it even reaches the gravitational center, there will be too many rocks for it to cut through.
