Just a theory. No basis yet, but I'm getting this feeling that Oro is related to senju. As i said, no basis other than a hunch; his snake hands jutsu and hashi's thousand hands summon jutsu sparked that idea in my head.

His ability to use the Senju techs, the non use of his last name, the fact that he can use senjutsu without the need of curse seals etc; all are good reasons for him to be a Senju; we'll just have to see...

I...don't like this idea. This idea opposes me.
Not to be rude, but until provided proof, I will continue to ignore the even remote, off-chance possibility that that's possible.

He has stated that he doesn't have the body or chakra needed for sage mode. Traits common among the Senju. Which explains his obsession with acquiring and using Hashi's DNA. Gonna have to say no to him being a Senju. Technically, he has Senju in him, just not born into it.

Same thing with Yamato, really. Even though he wasn't born with it, he's showed better use of it than anybody but Hashirama. And now Madara, too. Assuming Obi to has better control, too. Just from the clip of him slaughtering Kiri nin with absolutely no practice.

The Rashoman gates were exactly the same. But even Salon summoned one of them. Has hi may have made the technique, but he may not have. It seems to just be a very solid defense, but nor limited to a certain group of ninja. Or, it was special to Swnju, and Orochimaru got it through his research and taught it to Salon. Either way, there's absolutely no reason to just assume anybody seen using it is Hashi's long lost twin brother.

He's just a Hashi fanboy. A pretty pathetic one at that since he could barely match a Four Tailed Naruto xd

Wait, how is the twin snake mutual death technique thing Orochimaru uses ANYTHING like the thousand hand jutsu? They aren't similar in name, appearance, of effect in any way, shape, or form. They both use the word "hand", but that's it.

like i said theory that started only by thinking about jutsu. no basis, as stated in op. i do believe, however, that kishi has left enough open plot room re: oro to drop a bomb like that.
consider: during the Pain Arc, no clues were ever given to suggest that Nagato is Uzumaki.
Oro has never been designated a last name, clan or parents in the series yet he uses a sage technique (no Uchiha have used senjutsu of any kind; for that matter, no one other than those related to senju in some way have used senjutsu/ yes, i know senju and senjutsu have different meanings in japanese)
also, kishi obviously has some major role for this character
still, while i have no facts for the theory (which is why it's a theory i'm investigating), those against this idea also have no facts against what i stated in bold (other than fanboyism, which is not a debate)
thx for worthwhile participation and discussion btw Psyduck. ur debate is helping me to clarify this idea in my mind
