Here itachi cast genjutsu by summoning crows n have chat with naruto but also naruto can try disturb his own chakra flow

here naruto is inside finger genjutsu, big chakra reserves arent enough to break genjutsu but he is able to move inside illusion

when minato was inside naruto's seal during pain arc he could control freely space and hiraishin somewhere to talk

so i theorize that minato can teleport out of genjutsu atleast make it useless teleporting inside it i explain why shortly

inside naruto's seal we saw something new, ability to disturb place inside one's mind

long as he is able to wave signs he could hiraishin already within illusion, maybe thats why tobi didnt use one on him since he is S/T user as well only FTG is better suited for this particular aspect

genjutsu is yin release and FTG might be Yang release thus canceling eachother out, but tobi's st is mangekyo which are yin releases... thats why he cant do that

Tsukyomi is different case since itachi can control time space and even mass of objects so restraining someone from wawing seals is easy, with ftg cant be used againts this strong genjutsu, same goes for kotoamatsukami

this is very interesting ... but idk... Minato is a sensor (or tracker) so he could probably tell if he's in genjutsu
by his chakra being disturbed... like Karin can. idk though...
he might teleport to places inside the genjutsu :] and stay in there xD , but who knows.. its complicated maybe..

If it weren't for the existence of sensory ninjas in this manga and the fact that Itachi has had more than his run, this would be pretty plausible.
