Considering that the forces of Konoha and the LoF focused and mobilized their forces away towards the war front, making reinforcement and aid impossible: the eastern border of Uzushio was vulnerable to an attack from Kirigakure situated directly in the east of Uzushio in the Land of Water.

Great thread! Madara was the only one capable on the Uzumaki clans destruction. I believe madara was also responsible destroying other clans that has potential to ruin his plan like the yuki clan for example. that clan is like ice version of the senju.

Well I made a theory about Uzumaki sealing techs, where I said that it is indeed possible, so can't disagree...
I think the reasons were their sealing techniques and their relation with SO6P...*looks at SDO*..

Yeah, I honestly don't know who else it would be. How the village's destruction happened was never revealed. But there has a lot of hints implied that it was Madara.

When Kushina as a little Girl was brought to Leaf Village,The Uzumaki Village still existed,It was when She was an Adult that the 3rd Ninja war Started Madara was alive and Saved Obito, thats when the village was destroyed. After the destruction the war ended and the Persecution of surviving Uzumaki was begun by almost all sides to get their powers for themselves,Thats why Uzumaki whent into Hiding changing the Names to blend in to prevent people like Madara and Orochimaru from getting them for their experiments.
