I guess, I don't see any reason to refute this except the fact that we have no evidence of a EMS user, using either of those techniques that cause you to go blind.

Same goes for how Madara survived, it has yet to be revealed but this is a great speculation, if this is true though why not completly kill/capture Hashirama instead of just take piece of his DNA.

The only problem to this theory is Madera has ems and although he never used inzagani he taught obito everything he knows and inzagani was one of those things...so if madara could spam inzagani don't you think he would have at the vote

Hum, I understand the idea. However, I think the eventual lost of sight that results from using MS techs and lost of sight dfue to izanami and izanagi are different.
Without the EMS, a regular MS user, by using his MS techs(amaterasu, susanoo, tsukuyomi) will eventual lose it's vision, it's a side effect.
Izanami and izanagi however, it's instantaneos, which makes me think that losing the sharingan eye is the price for using the technique, not a side effect.

So, for izanami and izanagi, you have to give away your sharingan eye to use it, it's a price, an exchange, got it? Whereas the side effects due to MS techs are removed by the EMS. However, the EMS wouldn't change the conditions to use izanami and izanagi.

But Izanagi and Izanami has nothing with the MS/EMS. They both are pure Uchiha Doujutsus which grants an impossible wish in exchange for the light of their Sharingan.

If Madara used Izanagi during his fight with Hashirama then how come Nagato got two rinnegans?

Izanagi and Izanami are jutsus associated with the basic Sharingan, not the Mangekyō.

Exactly it's far too haxx even for kishi.....like I said earlier madara would have used it at vote if he could spam it but he didn't cause he didn't want to lose an eye
