[Theory] Could the Ramen Guy be from the Hyuga Clan?

This theory is a very loosely based (and is somewhat stupid), but does make sense in some ways. The theory is; The ramen guy was a hyuga who lost his eye in the 3rd great ninja war. Teuchi (aka the ramen guy) has never been seen with his eyes open. Which leads me to believe that he is hiding his eye(s), or is missing an eye.

You could argue that other manga characters always have their eyes closed or hidden, but even they reveal their eyes once in a while.

Now, if the Ramen guy has or a missing eye, what happened to it? He could have easily lost it in an accident. But this is the world of Naruto, where when you lose an eye, its because real shit when down. And I have my #1 suspect.

Ao, an experienced war veteran stated he implanted the byakugan he took from an unknown member of the Hyuga clan he defeated.

All tho Ao's age has not been specified, its been stated that he was alive during the time of the 3rd great ninja war. Ramen guy was also alive and young during the time of the 3rd great ninja war. Evidence of this is of Minato coming to his ramen shop before becoming hokage. After losing his eye(s), he could have retired and opened a ramen shop before the war had ended.

This proves that the Ramen Guy could have lost his eye or eyes in the 3rd great ninja war, but this does not prove the Ramen Guy's ties with the Hyuga clan. What makes me believe the ramen guy could have been a Hyuga is this picture

The kid to the far left resembles a young ramen guy. If this is a younger ramen guy, him being on Jiraiya's team proves that he is combat able, and could have participated in the 3rd great ninja war.

The biggest hole in this theory I could find was the Ramen guys daughter. If the ramen guy was a Hyuga, his daughter Ayame should have inherited the byakugan. It be that Ayame's mother was a non-Hyuga, allowing her to receive the recessive trait of having normal eyes. Since the anime has not touched on Uchiha's or Hyuga's having children with people outside their clan, its still possible.
