Those are the symbols of the clans,at least Naruto's and Sasuke's.
Senju clan has a different symbol.
I can't see how Hashi SM has anything to do with the symbol that appears to be Sakuras clan.

Yup, my first thought was that he just wanted a sign for sakura too because it would've looked awful with just Naruto and Sasuke having a sign on this pic

Nice catch! i mean it is possible but if it is i think it might be like sakursa clan the "haruno" clan can just be long time descendants with no particular skill set..i mean it is logical if you think about it..konoha was started by only 2 clans..some of konohas clans can be cousins or descendants to the original two..

Sasuke - In front of Uchiha symbol, wears the Uchiha symbol on his Clothes.
Naruto - In front of Uzumaki symbol, wears the Uzumaki symbol on his Clothes.
Sakura - In front of Haruno symbol, wears the Haruno symbol on her Clothes that now appears on Hashirama, because it's not a uncommon design.
