I don't know why you and others use the logic of "if we have never seen it then it is impossible". It's true that we haven't seen a fat Uchiha, but we also haven't gotten any official statement about Uchihas' genetics that says that it is genetically impossible for them to get fat. Did it ever occur to you that maybe we haven't seen a fat Uchiha because there were no important Uchihas that were fat in the story? By your logic, Uzumakis, Hyuugas, Naras, Senjus, Ōtsutsukis, etc... can't get fat either because we have never seen a fat one. News flash bro: Most of the people in this series are not fat.

I have never heard of a midget astronaut, but does that mean that a midget can't become an astronaut. No it does not! Please use better logic.

-Kishi has made it Chochos quest in gaiden to confront Sasuke about it. Sarada and ChoCho also seem to have the best friendship in gaiden almost like sisters. The timeline also matches up because Sarada and ChoCho are the same age.
