I came to the conclusion tha black zetsu = Anti spiral from gurren lagann.

Now they do look alike Zetsu changed the tablet so that the Uchiha members could obtain the rinnegan. which is the Spiral power.

After Kaguya lost, he came back in the in the future as Anti-Spiral.. he was against the spiral power (The rinnegan) and tried to prevent other people gaining that power by destroying planets.. but actually this was black zetsu who escaped after his mother died by Sasuke's rinneblitz (Spiral power) And thus Feared the Uchiha clan + the Rinnegan.. he sealed the tablet away and tried to protect the world by supressing the spiral power. ​
