Hi Guys,
I noticed that there have been arguments regarding Bijoo power levels, especially since Kurama says that number of tails decide power levels and Gyuki says it doesn't. I thought that perhaps a system of power level that is consistent with manga facts would help resolve the argument.
Fact: Bijoo power levels vary, not all Bijoo are similarly powered
Fact: Kurama's power was acknowledged by both 8 tails and Hashi
Fact: Kurama was able to block Bijoo damas of 5 tailed beasts
Fact: Current Kurama is only half Kurama, with the other half being sealed in the death reaper seal.
Power level system:
Assumption - The system doesn't apply to Juubi who is a different class of beast altogether
Possibility 1: A certain constant amount of chakra (say X amount) is held in each tail (kind of like animals store fat in their tails)
This would make for the following levels of power
1 tail = X level of chakra
2 tails = 2X
3 tails = 3X and so on
However this would mean that Kurama's power level is 9X and 1/2 Kurama is 4.5X putting it between 4tails and 5 tails but then Kurama wouldn't be able block all those Bijoo damas and 8 tails wouldn't have said that Kurama is hella strong.
However let's say each extra tail doubles the capacity of holding chakra then we get the following Chakra levels
1 tail = X
2 tails = 2X
3 tails = 4X
4 tails = 8X
5 tails = 16X
6 tails = 32X
7 tails = 64X
8 tails = 128X
9 tails = 256X
1/2 9 tails = 128X which is still higher than 1-7 tails put together. In this case Kurama stops the Bijoo dama and 8 tails praises Kurama for being strong (Assuming of course that 8 tails remembers that this is only 1/2 Kurama)
