I can not believe that Kabuto deciphered anything From the Uchiha's tablet. I'm still not convinced he knows where it is. But He and Orochimaru where scientists, brlliant ones at that. They constantly unlocked, descovered and refined jutsus all the time. Also, I believe one would need the eyes of an Uchiha to read the tablets... He still ain't got one yet. Other than that all the other stuff... quite intriguing.
