INTRODUCTION
Hello guys I would like to share with you my theory stating that All sharingan powers came from Juubi originaly.
Now please let me explain.

TSUKUYOMII
First, let me explain how could I even go to such conclusion, please take a look at scan below:
^^ Underlined part with red color "Using it's power I will magnify The power of my eyes to the ultimate level", "A massive scale genjutsu, reflecting my own eyes from the moon's surface.", "Mugen Tsukuyomii"
^^ "I will cast my genjutsu", "Controlling all of humanity within that genjutsu "
Interesting fact is that these words were spoken by Obito, who was under name of Tobi back then, but we know that Obito doesn't have Tsukuyomii, so that could mean Juubi's powers can't magnify Obito's own power to use Mugen Tsukuyomii as Obito lack Tsukuyomii ability to begin with. We know that you can't get better in something where you lack even basics skills for that.
Of course some of members can say that Obito was talking back then as Madara..., but Even Madara hasn't displayed Tsuykuyomii as of yet...
^^ Even Madara himself needed Gedou Mazou(Juubi empty shell)'s power to use such genjutsu really close to Tsukuyomii.
This only prove that Tsukuyomii or eloved form of Tsukuyomii is one of Juubi's power.

Well that will be truelly hard to prove, as we has never got any hint which could support such belief.
However using just logic we can get some hints. We know that "Amaterasu is black flames which appear where user is looking at."
Now let's ask yourselves how is that even possible..., it could mean that Amaterasu user send his chakra at light speed in place where he focus his eyesight..., but it could sounds stupid. That give us last possible explanation about Amaterasu working, this could mean Amaterasu user uses external energy/source which is everywhere around to create black flames where he look at.
What external energy/source we know to be everywhere in Naruto's world..., of course Nature energy.
I believe that Amaterasu is simply fire release + Yin destrutive power + nature chakra.
What Juubi is ?, Nature chakra itself manifested physically !

Well again we have got no to little hints which could support belief of Juubi having Sussano originally as one of it's power.
However using just logic we can get some hints. We know that Amaterasu and Tsukuyomii is needed to awake Sussano as stated by Third Databook.
I proved possibility of Amaterasu comming from Juubi and most likely Tsukuyomii originally belonging as one of Juubi's power..., this could only bring us to conclusion that Sussano is Juubi's power as well...
Even Sussano's design seems to be some type demonic monster...

Kamui
Well We know that both Obito and Kakashi have access to other dimension/box dimension/pocket dimension via using their ocullar power as Kamui.
But was it even stated that Obito created OTHER DIMENSION WITH HIS MANGENKYOU SHARINGAN ?
I don't remember something like that..., When Obito first used Kamui, then OTHER DIMENSSION HAS TO EXIST ALRAEDY !
That could mean someone other created it..., and considering that all sharingans powers belong to Juubi originally would only suggest Juubi creating other dimension or living in there....
I believe that Kamui is Originally Juubi's homeland. Juubi came from it with his occular power to real world and begin his rampage.
The fact that none of human spot Juubi before only further prove it. If Juubi was in some cave hidden, on top of mountain or some other unavaliable place for human in the real world. It is still such huge that it could be spotted. Even undeground could be stupid idea.

Again it is really hard to find any hints supporting that kotoamatsukami came originally form Juubi...
Well..., considering that Obito said that Mugen Tsukuyomii could enslave humankind when reflected on moon, controlling perfectly everyone... I could say that kotoamatsukami is very close connected to Tsukuyomii, maybe evolved from of Tsukuyomii, improved...
But this is just speculation... I will have to wait for more hints.

CURRENT JUUBI AND COMPLETE JUUBI
The reason why Current Juubi is not spamming that sharingan techniques is because it is still not in complete form + It lack mind to use it's powers efficently and focused. Instead Juubi uses it's power randomely around.
I believe that Juubi has to be in final form at full power to be able to use all of sharingans power.
We have to wait and see..., Complete Juubi against which The Sage fought had all of sharingans power I believe...

CONNECTION BETWEEN JUUBI' s eye and SHARINGANS/MS/EMS

^^ Considering look of TenTails's eye, we can notice nine tomes in eye.
It resembles base Three Tomoe sharingan a lot

Then Problem could with MS and EMS..., but I believe MS is simply mutated version of Juubi's origingal eye...
I will wait for more proofs when Juubi reach it's final form...

- Complete Juubi at full power has all mangenkyou techniques
- All sharingan powers came originally from Juubi
