Theory about the Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan!

In the manga, Chapter 561, Madara was able to use Wood Release? Supposedly a kekai genkai of the 1st! What if the EMS has the ability to copy Kekai Genkai? Or would this ability be the product of the Rinnegan?

Madara got da 1st dna cell,but I dont tink EMS can copy a kekai genkai.or be da result of a rinnegan.No!!but da fact is Kekai- genkai is a blood line limit or strength/of a jutsu which EMS can'nt except,other jutsu's.
