We have seen many people acquire the demons reaper death seal when their not an Uzamaki.
How do they acquire that technique or should I say Jutsu?
We have seen Minato use it as a Jutsu.
Susano'o is a strong, technique & only some Uchiha can acquire it, as we've seen from Itachi,Madara & Sasuke.
Why not Shisui or Obito or Kakashi?
They all acquired MS at differetn points in time ( we do not know of Madara & Shisui) on a specific note, mostly shown by something special to them that has been killed, deceived or mistreated.
Sasuke has awakened his level of Sharingans many times.
Madara showed some times of his Sharingan awakenings.
Itachis Sharingans were halfway shown threw out the series.
How do they acquire that technique or should I say Jutsu?

Minato & Hiruzen use reaper death seal, but how did Hiruzen acquire it?
We have seen How Reaper death seal Inflicts on the ninja that is using it.

First Tomoe:when saving Izuna & his father (He was a kid at this point).
Second Tomoe:N/A
Third Tomoe: N/A
MS: it was shown when fighting Hashirama.(while they were adults)
His Susano'o color is , quite confusing , he focuses on revenge but also, regret .
But it's blue (Blue, means trust & loyalty) he must've trusted Hashirama & feels close to him.

It sucks you into a dimension, that keeps you in a endless Drunken Genjutsu.
The death reaper, has a sword to cut your soul out of your body.
But, at the shrine in the leaf village , Orochimaru needed a Sharingan user to unlock the door.
What was the reason for that?
I think that Uchiha have talked to Uzamaki clan before & wiped them out & Sealed there most powerful weapon from the Uzamakis.
