Theory about Shin MS and Rinnegan Question

So I understand Sasuke said Shin marked his sword, but I really think that Shin's MS ability is to steal other Doujutsu's from other eyes.

Thus explaining why he has so many unique techniques
Thus why he needs it open 24/7

Thus why Naruto got nerffed so hard, Shin used a Rinnegan technique.

Also does still Sasuke have the Tomoe on his Rinnegan?
If not then they really did lose their Sage power ups.

He probably uses lightening to charge the weapon, in conjuction with a sealing jutsu, to grant him remote control of that said weapon. Otherwise he would be able to use it on people, much like pein.

I think his ability is controlling things, much like telekinesis. Though to what extent, that can't be determined.

And Sasuke probably still has tomoes in his Rinnegan, which he can and probably had them deactivated. My guess is that the non-tomoe Rinnegan is equivalent to single regular Rinnegan and the tomoed Rinnegan is equivalent to dual regular Rinnegan.

I think that the tomoes in Sasuke's rinnegan is the result of using his mangekyou sharingan at the same time as his rinnegan so in this chapter he was just using his rinnegan.

Interesting but , I think that it is the same jutsu that allows the guy to manipulate weapons and to restrict Sasuke's movements.
It seems that the guy can use his ability on people once they are in contact with a marking , maybe via the iron in the blood.

I think it was foreshadowed when shin summoned a giant shuriken with chain attached to it that he can possibly manipulate weapons. Kind of a boring power really, but unique and interesting definitely. Makes me wonder what his Susano's power would be like.

It's something like telekinesis , the thing need to be marked , or in contact with a marking , to be manipulated.
