Nah im just tryin to make a theory by what we have seen.
And I would never say Sasuke could beat everyone.

And yes Itachi knew about Tobi being Madara.
As for the Sasuke vs Itachi fight you re right, Itachi let sasuke win, I cant disagree.
But at this point Sasuke didnt knew about him being a good guy.

And for Sakura it was kill or be killed. I dont say he is innocent I even said he went a bit overboard
but sacrifices are needed ( except if you are Naruto )

No problem, I find that more and more of the same thing you're saying is coming up in a lot of threads concerning Sasuke. I'm not doubting it, it's just I don't believe Madara's that much of a fool to get worked over by a 16 year old. Sasuke's clever but Madara's a mastermind and he's been planning this shyt basically after he had that fight with Hashirama (I believe that to be so for the fact of the matter he was behind Akatsuki even in the beggining with Amegakure, andgave Nagato the Rinningan which I now believe due to the fact that he had eyes to spare for the former Jinchuuriki) and the only thing he seems to be concerned about is Kabuto and his back of tricks.

i dunno..i see his actions to suggest otherwise..the basic proof is that he himself calls himself the 'avenger' i'm sure ur aware of what that means in narutoverse...

tobi claims to be madara..i myself doubt it

the onli reason he got the chance to strike sakura is cuz she couldn bring herself to do it..so no it wasn a kill or be killed situation

nagato onli had his eyes..yet his paths also had the rinnegan..so i think thats just the effect of watever jutsu that is being used to manipulate them

Wow I completly forgot about that, my bad. I also have a question about that. Since the summons were done by Kabuto does the Rinningan's affects take affect over the control the user of Edo Tensai has over their own summons? If not then Kabuto still has immident control over them. I'm just wondering how that works.

Thats a good question , im not really sure myself but i think since the Edo tensei are corpses Kabuto controls them ,unless Madara link his chakra with theirs , then he gain control over them. Hard to explain my primary language is french sry
