Well Sasuke had his father teach him while Sarada had no one to teach her Uchiha techs. You can't use that as a reason to say she has no potential. She also awakened 1T without any problem so there's no reason to assume she won't get 3T in a short amount of time.
I think the facts she's a student of Naruto's subordinate pretty much confirms her along with Boruto and Mitsuki are the most promising students in Konoha.
