No imo,its not
1.It is quite remarkable Kishi makes Salada wear glasses much like the ones that Karin wears
2.Sasuke says he is on the road to redemption and merely states that he has other things on his mind while on that behalf leaves Sakura behind once again.
3.Karin,Suigetsu,Jugo are nowhere to be found in chapter 699
4.Salada takes on a striking resemblance of Karin and does not display and traits that Sakura has in any shape or form
5.She says "Shanrroo" which could be a culmination resulting in Salada living with Sakura for long period of time, thus causing her to become adjust to Sakura being her new parent
6.Its probably to disturbing to reveal to Salada that Karin is the real mother(if she is)
