Theory about rinnegan achieving

Maybe you can achieve rinnegan without senju DNA but need it to stay alive. Madara loss to hashirama because(in my theorie rinnegan damages people if they don't have have senju cells)the rinnegan damaged him drasticly so tobi saved him and killed hashirama knowing he was weak from battling madara. So tobi implanted the cells into madara to regenerate him. madara then was able to control it(the rinnegan) madara soon past away and tobi was unable to use it not knowing how to control. So tobi used nagato as a guinea pig. He then gave the body of hashirama to oro later, on in exchange for a strong body so he could transfer his self over to that body. So oro attacked the third so it would be a win on both ends(tobi gets a body)oro gets revenge on third for not making him hokage).Back on topic something to back up my Theory is the sage gave the oldest son a different dojustu so it would be live able with. Thanks got those of you who took time to read. I don't know about naruto base much so if it's the wrong place to right this....... Tell me what you think.

i think the older son had an ems because he didn't inherit the yang chakra and the uchiha clan with there thinned blood have to get there ms plus another ms to make the ems to equal the older son's then add yang to make it the rinnegan

2.Have Senju and Uchiha DNA
3. Experience A Near Death Situation
