This whole theory is wrong because a portal, as you've depicted it, it impossible, because it can never be in motion. You've broken one of the rules of portal. Going by relativism, if we assume that the companion cube is moving towards the the stationary portal, then B is the answer.

Option A... The portal is moving, not the cube. Once the cube enters the space of the other portal, it will remain motionless unless as shown in A, gravity takes over.
