EDIT: So I did some investigating an allegedly some of the men in this video were baited online into believing they were going to be having 'relations' with a minor male. However, the shots of the group harassment seem like a legitimate LGBT rally.

It's pretty easy actually. We announce looking for baits - children between 10 and 15 years old, whos paretns agree to allow us to use them as baits, and then they make an accuont in major social nets. Then the're just standing by, or, if the organization recieve some report of someone who's suspicious of being pedophile, and the baits gets in contact with the target - but usually they get in contact with baits themselves. Then a meet is arranged, for example, the kid provokes the supposed pedo to come at his home, where the cams and mics are hidden, and then they talk. Once there's enough evidence that the exact man wants to get in sexual contact with the kid, the special group of Restruct gets in, and then they make an interview with the pedo.
That's why I called the OP retarded and delusional: the whole thing is based on solid evidence that the exact person on a video is nothing but pedophile, which serves the reason to the following departure of pedo's to the police.
This goes for everyone who's, as the op, is dumb enough to jump to the conclusions before getting the whole picture of the situation: it's basicly the same as telling that Earth is flat just by watching around, not willing to know about physics and astronomy. Gays weren't really that big of an issue before the anti-gay laws passed in Russia. People would rarely joke about gays let alone harrass them. Only after these new regional laws, associating homosexuality with pedophilia, spread throughout Russia did the people's judgmental eyes point at the gays in disgust.
