You've got a long way to go my friend, first with Zoro is the lighting and the depth and the scan lines ruin it.
The second one is that it's a little too plain imo and there's no background really showing so I can talk about the lighting, depth, gradient maps, and other things...
The third one is the same as the second one so I don't have anything else to say really about Mihawk.
The rest are brilliant I love them very much so. Anyways you should work on that more, I would give you a tutorial now but im not at home that has photoshop and my other GFX'ing tools installed, or you can look at my threads or something.
