Holocaust was an attempt by the Nazi's to quell an uproar by the Jewish community, Sasuke plans to kill what he believes is the problem, similarly to the Nazis, so yeah they're similar. All I can do is tell you what Sasuke has declared as his plan, I'm not making this sheet up from thin air, like people saying Sasuke wants peace when no scan supports that. His is not trying to enslave people, yet removes their beliefs/opinion from the equation and wants their leaders dead, who may or may not been elected in but nonetheless are in their positions and those nations haven't protested in the slightest to show they should leave. Also the bijuu don't need a host to begin with, why do you think they were going into hiding? Jins were made to prevent the bijuu from being weapons, not prevent bijuu from attacking people. No form of logic can justify Sasuke's actions or even say it's going in the right path when Sasuke is basically a terrorist.

Killing the Kages means abolishing the system and leaving no room for future dictatorial regimes. Locking out the tailed-beasts means no more room for any future regime to put them in vessels and make the wars even more deadly. Sasuke is saving the future nations from future strife.

Danzo wanted to take the Hokage position for himself and to control the ninetails through Sharingans. Yeah, they are totally alike.

You can point out all the differences you want but neither one is better or more justifiable than the other.

Danzo killed and manipulated a lot of people just to do what he felt was right for the village, despite anyone else's opinion.

Sasuke is about to kill leaders who technically are just victims of the same failed ninja system he has a problems against for the sake of becoming the new leader and do what he feels is right for the world, despite anyone else's opinion.

The Kages are not victims, they have done nothing but perpetuate this system and their ideologies. They need to be plucked out if the world is to survive.
