Power : Madara has shown tons of Massive destruction Jutsus and is probably able to use all of the already shown Uchiha jutsus. Probably not Shooting arrows with his Susanoo, but still...

Badassness : Well, you can discuss about that and have differenet definitions about that. Sasuke is a coldblooded traitor who just went to the people he fought and betrayed and starts to help them out, which is more like naive.
Itachi the killer of the uchiha clan. Went all alone without even smiling once, but until his death.
And madara who said it was dancing to kill the kages with just Wood clones. Last, but not least there is obito who actually never was any badass until he got the juubis power.
- I would go for Madara / itachi

Emotion : well, thats easy. The way Itachi's Story got told to us is just unique in its own way.
The way he died was just epic. First it kept many secrets and in the end the truth still came out. Changing the whole future of the manga. I like that , but obito's emotions are also very great. To see his loved Girl getting stabbed through the heart by your own best friend. He became strong in hatred and became evil.
The fact that Obito's way Looks more like darth vader to me makes me go for itachi in this. So Overall its

Well, since you have no Shisui, I have to choose between Obito, Itachi and Madara. :devil:
Let's take out Obito because he doesn't want to be considered an Uchiha in the end and slaughtered half the Uchiha Clan without any feelings for them, just to see his eye of moon plan occur(which was a failure in the end U_U). Also not to forget that he was just a Madara wannabe with Kamui.

That leaves us with Madara and Itachi. :eww: I think i'm gonna go with Madara because he is not only the strongest mofo(in terms of abilities) currently still existing in Naruto, but his character and design is also on high-level. He's the best villain in Naruto and probably one of the best in all of anime/manga.

Hmmm....Sasuke in the same tier as Madara....? Maybe in a few chapters when he starts getting more random and sporadic powerups due to him being the dueteragonist, but imho not currently.
