Killer B takes this mid diff. He'll need Bijuu Dama to bypass Domu though. He can take Hidan in Base with ease and he can't even hurt him while in V2 Mode.

No knowledge doesn't give Hidan an advantage in this match up. Cause Hidan could evade, block or counter the Seven Swords Dance, which Sasuke couldn't even follow via Sharingan. End result? Hidan loses his limbs due to the Raiton enhanced blades.

Hidan is a non factor once V2 or Bijuu Mode come out. If Hidan hasn't been taken out by B already, he dies in the blast radius of a Bijuu Dama.
