I found this guy very interesting because he was very intelligent and the only thing they knew about him was he was military, college grad, and had figured out a few suspects. But the truth is this guy made moves and staid a head of the police which is why he got away with it. What made it even crazier was the fact he would write down information about his location, time, targets (sometimes), and who he was (Still never been cracked). His other coded messages were solved but he used a different code for who he was. This guy took all his Cryptography and military training for the most evil purposes.

Is it just me, or does it seem like you're glorifying this person's heinous acts of violence? Sure, in a twisted manner, he/she/it was a genius at planning the things they did, but I would quickly stop short of appreciating that tainted intellect. It's rather unfortunate that the individual was never caught or had to face public knowledge of their identity, but the reality of life is that not everyone gets caught.
