The Youngest Hokage!!! [Discussion]

My question to the base is, who do you think was made the Hokage at the YOUNGEST age??​

From the Information given in the manga I think the order goes like this:

1. Minato

He was Obviously the youngest. He was made hokage somewhere in his 20's but before he became 28, as when the damiyo was discussing who should be the next hokage after tsunade they noted that minato was far younger than kakashi when he became hokage.

2. Hiruzen Sarutobi

Was made Hokage while still in what looks to be his teens by Tobirama. So i would say the second youngest known kage would be Hiruzen, which is a huge testament to his abilities, as tobirama believed him to be the strongest and wises in the village at that time.

3. Tobirama

He was made hokage after his brother, but since he is younger, i assume that his age was younger than when hashirama officially became hokage. And since we dont know how or when hashirama died. Its hard to say.

4. Hashirama

We can assume he was made hokage either in his 20's or 30's as he still looks young when he was resurected by edo tensei.

5. Tsunade

She is in her 50's when made hokage. Obviously she is the oldest of them all.

But this is just my opinion. What do you all think is the order of the hokage from youngest to older??

Hiruzen became hokage while still in a squadron. Minato was made hokage sometime after or during the time he sensei'd kakashi, obito, and rin

- When Kakashi almost became Hokage, someone of the council said he was too young. But another mentioned that Minato was even younger. What is curious is that he only mentioned Minato as younger, which probably means Sarutobi was Kakashi's age or older when he became Hokage

- When you look Sarutobi's representation at the Hokages monument, he look much more older than the one we see in Danzo's FB

I think that Sarutobi probably didn't became Hokage at that moment for some reason.

Hiruzen was at least older than that when he became Hokage since in Danzo's FB, i believe he was at least 24

But tobirama state "Tommorow you will be hokage", and if hiruzen wasnt actually made hokage the next day then that mean konoha went either months or years without a standing hokage. And i dont think that would happen.

I think this might be one of kishi flashback slip-ups.

Thanks for the appreciation. I believe that the one in Danzo's FB is at least 24 anyway. Why i think that? I will explain:

- We got the info in latest chapter that Hashirama was still alive when Tsunade was young(probably 4-5)

- Tsunade was 50 in part1 when Sarutobi was 68-69, which means 18-19 years of difference, so if Tsunade was 4-5 when Hashirama was alive, Hiruzen was 23-24

- We also know Hashirama died before Tobirama. We don't know how many years before, but we know he died before. Tobirama probably lasted long as Hokage since we know that only Hokage who is said to have a short reign was Minato and Minato lasted at most 1-2years. So at the very least, the Sarutobi we see in the FB is 26-27. And like i've said, i doubt he directly became Hokage at that moment because of his representation on the Hokage monument. So he was indeed at least Kakashi's age or older when he became Hokage

nah, i dont think so maybe hashi died like in his 30's. as to tobirama, Hum like 40's, and it's not about who is the oldest hokage. it's about how old they had the rank of hokage..

Hiruzen became hokage during a war as you can tell from the team being larger than four people. So I think I just disproved your whole theory on how hiruzen was the youngest hokage. Minato is the youngest hokage, it is cannon. They land of fire elders would have mentioned it.

Nice Break down. What you said seems completely accurate. And it would make since that danzo and hiruzen were in there 20's and still in a squadron because Tobirama had just began (during his reign) to put the villages systems in place. He probally had to teach them the right way to go on missions and how to lead you squad.

I thought Hiruzen was the youngest but after Bogard's post its clear that Minato indeed was the youngest Hokage.
