But as the above post said, I'm pretty sure Minato has it. Chakra is different from souls, Minato sealed the chakra to die with him. I doubt hiruzen was gonna seal some arms in him, he was gonna seal Oro's whole soul to the death god

What questions? He used the Shiki Fuujin to seal it! Shiki Fuujin does not seal Bijuu's or chakra within people! Everything sealed with the Shiki Fuujin goes in the reaper's belly!
