There is a Rp tournement by The Year 2012 BAsers. If you would like to apply then send back an accepence letter and application. . Please and Thank You.

Rules:

• normal taijustu/ genin justus usablety {rules of nb on taijusu}
• free style
• One element is to be used {if trained in one }
• one substution shadow clones are allowed although this doesn't need to be trained in if one hasn't; only three for every five turns
• closed tornement
• no stealing
• ninja tools allowed; only 8 usable per two turns( four per turn); 10 points of life if hit
• must use current usable bio {if one has one. If no usable bio is present then a make shift one will be made only for this tornerment. }
• no kg/ce or sage modes
• This is a fight to death tornement.
• Each user starts with 200 charkra points; 100 life points.
• Only allowed to fight two people per day
• Each genin {E i think} justus is 20 points Of charkra 30 points of life, shadow clones 30 of charkra; no clones can do justus. no justus over genin.
• can have one partner if one chooses to
• dodging only twice per turn
