seriously people, the yata is extremely overrated...i was reading a couples of vs treads were i saw people saying that the yata would tank the kyuubi big bijuuudama...i know its not shown in the manga were the yata is destroyed by that bijuudama but people we DO have common sense...there is no way the yata can tank a kurama bijuudama, no way if u use common sense, and people go as far as to say the yata can tank multiple kurama bijuudamas...so a question to those overrating the yata: what makes u think it can tank a kurama bijuudama? and please answer while using ur comon sense...

What makes you think it can't.... As you said the manga didn't show that it has been destroyed so the possibility that the Yata mirror can tank the biju dama still exist. You contradict yourself you know that.... What is common sense when the Plot no jutsu and talk no jutsu takes place in most fights, leave common sense out of Manga. Is it common sense that there is such thing as a bijuu Dama or a Yata mirror!
Yata mirror is said by zetsu to block & attack,it has not been shown to block anytin other than a basic ninjustu from sasuke,a sword with lightning & maybe kirin..U_U
But the tail bomb has been shown by kishi to destroy story defenses orochimaro 3 strongest defense,mountains U_U
So u will just have to see more of the yata mirror but i doubt itachi or sasuke has the chakara to with stand a tail best bomb
itachitard to the core...u know i can do what u're doing, i can say raikage can't beat konohamaru bc it's never been shown in manga before but using common sense one would realize that the raikage would crush konohamaru...that common sense in a manga my friend, its the same with kurama ultimate bijuudama and the yata

well the manga itself state the mirror can repel anything, so if u want to argue then its u vs kishimoto
The mirror blocks all frontal attacks meaning it should block the bjiuu bomb. Why do you think Zetsu called Itachi invincible with that mirror and sword? Because with it he had the best defense and one of the best offenses as well.
