Because this was called the world's strongest sword slash in the manga, could this possibly be Mihawk's strongest attack?

In my opinion I think it is, because lets remember before he used this attack Mihawk said he wanted to measure his strength against Whitebeard so he had to have used his full strength against the Yonko, am I right?

I think it is his strongest attack tbh... he hasn't shown anything superior to it so...
