Is an amazing character. Love the way the did him in CA: WS.

Even though I know he won't be in the Avengers next year, it'd still be cool to see him turn up and do some brutal super soldier stuff.

They need to use him more in the MCU. I'd love to see him meet Iron Man.

Lost cause. Kishimoto used to have interesting dark characters, but he either re-wrote them or killed them off.

As for the WS, Bucky's great because he's willing to do dark things Cap would never do. Not that Cap is in the wrong, I just like WS for being grounded. And they better keep that scream theme he had in WS, regardless of whatever side he's fighting for.
