(Fūton: Kaze Ogawa no Jutsu) - Wind Release: Wind Stream Technique

Description: This technique allows the user to change direction in mid-air at high speeds by simply blowing wind out their mouth. The user can also use this technique by blowing it at the ground and causing a dust cloud to rise, concealing the users location and movement.
I begin by channeling fuuton chakra to my mouth gathering a sufficient amount.Once I gather the needed amount I exhale it through my mouth creating a huge stream of wind.As it moves towards my imaginarly enemy it raises rocks on its path also sending them towards the le imaginary enemy.
Adv: Using it to dodge attack while in air
Disadvantage: Its a pretty basic D Rank,it doesnt offer much for a disadvantage.I guess even tho you move in the air you are still a target none the less >.>

Simply create create a powerful stream of wind and carry the rock that i'm standing on of into the air and use your wind to raise another rock and crush my clone into poofness.

Quickly throw kunais at my clone and gather your wind chakra into your palms and compress as hard as you can. I then want you to release the compressed wind to increase the speed of your kunais and make them sting my clone all the more faster.

I take out several kunai's from my pouch and throw them at you.As the kunais begin to fly I gather wind chakra in my palms gathering a sufficient amount for this technique.Once I gather the needed amount I clap my hands together releasing the compressed wind in a powerfull gale increasing the speed of the kunais.They travel towards your clone hitting him through the eye patch into the eye...oh looks he has no eye....funny
adv - It can be used to speed up lots of attacks,good jutsu when you want to get the enemy quickly while they are distracted
dis - not sure,its kind of an all advantage jutsu.It moves fast,does not require hand seals etc...

Well, a major disadvantage is that being only a D rank I imagine that it can't lift up heavy boulders of building size or more. You also must remember that you're not always going to fight in a rocky terrain or a terrain that has relatively small sized debris.
Now for the second jutsu the main weakness of it is that it's only short ranged, it's area of influence and effect isn't rly all that much. So use it for obvious stuff like increasing the speed of your kunais and shirukens.

and for the rocky terrain part,alot of earth jutsu leave broken rocks around the area after they are used right?
Even if its never mentioend if we want to keep it realistic after a big pillar comes from the earth the earth breakes and rocks are scattered around the area.Would that allow me to use the first jutsu?Even if it is just a D rank and I dont see much use out of it it would still be good to know

Gather fuuton chakra into your lungs and when you have enough amounts release it and blow away those few dozen trash bins mid range from you you.

As I perform random hand seals I gather wind chakra in my lungs.As the seals are forming I take a deep breath and as the final one forms I breath out the gathered chakra creating a strong gust of wind.The wind slashes the clone as it engulfs him and in the end all you can hear is....(dramatic silence)......*poof* "random woman scream in the back" NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I suppose, aside from the obvious disadvantages such as it's rank and what not, there is that one weakness of only being limited to small objects or in other words it isn't too strong of a push, only pushes backward, so don't get to hung up on this.

I extend my right arm and begin channeling wind chakra into it.Once the wind chakra is nice and plump I release it onto the arm and then proceed to condense it.I then swing my arm releasing a slicing chakra wave cutting into the dummy.I do this once more but now cut to the opposite side.I then do it once more and cut down right through the middle
adv - 3 slices = 3 chances for a hit
dis - the range is piss poor and considering I need to extend my arm I am afraid someone might chop it off

Its a fast jutsu and it requires no hand seals making it a good jutsu too fall back on,also its intresting that a jutsu which works like that can actually reach mid range.Most jutsu would need atlest one hand seal but its a plus for me^^
The downside would be that it has nothing special to it,it wouldnt do anything special to the enemy so I guess the thing that makes it a C Rank is the range right?Its also pretty basic and I doubt I can control the movements of the wave

This is a fast jutsu,it requires no hand seals.Also since it is released by following the way the sword slices it can be used to create "unique" slashes.I would say the downside is both the fact you need a sword for this.Now alot of people start battles and say "with the sword in my right arm" and when they need to perform a jutsu they drop it.It would be funny since a wind jutsu can blow away the sword before it actually reaches the enemy this attack cant even happen xD.
The good thing is that the jutsu can be utiliesed even without the fan but this would also be a disadvantage since the jutsu takes longer to make.You need to perform the seals,release it and then form it....For the second adv it would be the sharpness of the jutsu.If this hits you I imagine it would be the end.
