Shawn: -enters doctors office- Gotta be something...-looks through desk and cabinet-

Lizzie: -sits in the chair and puts her feet up-

Lizzie: Well they left the chair and desk so I'm fine

Shawn: This paper says 'Final notice' Looks like the mayor was going to take this place 'cause if money owed
