Basic Information
Name: Saroi Hyuuga
Nickname: Onoi, The Bounty Hunter, The White-Eyed Bounty Hunter
Gender:
Age: 21
Clan:
Looks: Saroi wears a white outfit that covers himself from neck to toe and a solid, plain white mask covering his face and hair with no holes (he sees using the Byakugan) at all times. On Saroi's back is a white, skin-tight sheath for a thin sword, the handle of which is also white and is hidden by cloth at the back of his neck, making the whole thing almost invisible to the naked eye. Underneath Saroi's mask is a mess of hair beyond repair and a scar that goes from his right temple to his chin around the side of his face.
Personality: Saroi is very drawn in to himself; he rarely talks to people, unless he's about to kill them, or is receiving a mission. He doesn't allow himself to have relationships with others, except for rivalries, as he leaves from village to village on a regular basis, helping them only until the well of money runs dry. But even with this, he is not heartless. At least not until his mother dies.

History:
Childhood
When Saroi was born into the main house, he was born premature and nearly blind. The medical staff told his parents that it was unlikely that the child would live, and even if he did, he would be blind and most likely never use the family Kekkie Genkai. To save his son, Saroi's father told the medical ninja to transplant his eyes into his son to give him light, and to use whatever forbidden jutsu they knew to save his son. After Saroi's fathers eyes were removed for the transplant, they found that they needed to heal Saroi before the transplant coud be completed, because not only would the eyes be incredably risky at this stage of his life, but his health was declilning fast.
Saroi's father reminded the medical staff about what he had said regarding fobidden jutsu, and the medical staff shared a look of uncertanty. The only jutsu at this point that would save Saroi's life was one that would have to take a human life. Saroi's father wasn't hesitant to give his own for his son. Before going though with the procedure, Saroi's father said a few last words to his wife. "Take care of our son, Yori. I'm doing this for the good of everyone. And don't forget, I'll be there with him forever. I love you." Then Saroi's father left, never to be seen again. The procedure went off without a hitch, and within the hour Saroi was strong and healthy while supporting his father's eyes.
Saroi's mother remarried later, and her new husband was not anything like Saroi's father. Saroi's step-father, Groden, would get drunk and beat Yori on a regular basis. When Saroi was six, he had finally had enough of seeing this happen. Even though he thought that his step-father was his biological father, he stepped between his step-father and his mother right before Groden backhanded Yori. Saroi took the slap, and then jabbed Groden in the solar plexus. As his step-father doubled over, Saroi performed an upper-cut to Groden's temple with a basic form of Gentle Fist (having never been taught it, Saroi simply followed an instinct, using very little chakra in this attack). Groden stumbled backwards a bit, blood falling from his head, and then ran forwards, a kunai in his hand.
In his drunken rage, Saroi's step-father cut a large gash in Saroi's face, from his right temple to his chin. Saroi fell to the floor, and Yori fell to her knees over him. "Get outta the way!" Groden shouted, slapping Yori off of her son. Groden was about to stab Saroi in the forehead when his eye's snapped open, his Byakugan activating for the first time, and chakra flew out of his body, sending the kunai back into Groden's eye. Saroi got up shakily, the Byakugan deactivating just as quickly as it had activated, and fell against his mother. Yori took him away from his half-dead step-father, and they hid in the basement of the Hokage's mansion until it was reported that Groden wasn't trying to kill either of them anymore.
Saroi lived with his mother for a few years after that, never hearing the story of his childhood. They lived alone, taking care of each other when they needed it. When Saroi was 15, a year or two after being taught the secrets of the Hyuuga clan, Saroi decided to take off on his own. After speaking with the Hokage to make sure that his mother would be taken care of, Saroi formed his solid, white mask, and left the village on a quest to become stronger and get money for his mother. When Yori returned to their home that evening, she found Saroi's note, and shed a tear. She had just lost the only thing in the world to her, and on the day she was going to tell him the story of his fater, too.

Bounty Hunter
After Saroi left the village to become stronger, he changed his name to Onoi keep from being found by villagers, especially his mother; he didn't want her to find him until it was "time". As time went on, "Onoi" rented himself out to villages to perform tasks, such as killing this certain missing-nin, or helping invade another village. When Onoi was 20 years old, after only five years of bounty hunting, he was giving an incredable mission by the Hidden Mist Village.
After helping the Mist invade and plunder a smaller village within the Land of Water, Onoi was called to the Mizukage's office. The Mizukage explained that all of the top rank ninja of the village, including the Mizukage, was judging his strength and overall ability, and that they had come to the conclusion of giving him the most dangerous mission the village had to offer. The mission was classified as a Double S rank mission; more dangerous and difficult to perform than even an S rank mission! Onoi was assigned to assasinate the Raikage.
At first, Onoi was hesitant to perform the task; the Cloud Village gave him a lot of his revenue. But after hearing the reward, 5,000,000,000 Ryo, he had to accept; he and his mother could live off of this forever. So Onoi went off to the Land of Lightning to find and assasinate the Raikage.
Upon arrival at the Village Hidden in Cloud, Onoi was greeted warmly by most every villager. He was then escorted to the Raikage's office to recieve a mission set aside for him and him only. While alone with the Raikage, while he had the chair turned away from Onoi, Onoi pulled his sword and struck. But the Raikage was too fast. He spun around him his chair and grabbed Onoi's sword by the blade and took it from him. After defending his life from the Raikage's rage, Onoi explained his predicament to his best customer, in hopes that they could find an agreement. After hearing Onoi's story, the Raikage told one of his own.
Sometime after the last time Onoi had helped the Cloud Village, the Leaf had contacted them and gave them the task of revealing the story of Saroi's birth to him the next time he came around. And so the Raikage did just that. He told Onoi the story of his birth, and how the man who he thought was his father wasn't, and how much his real father loved him. After hearing the story through, Onoi jumped through the Raikage's window and set a course back to the Leaf Village; a place he hadn't been for over five years, vowing to go back to the name "Saroi".
Upon returning to his home, the villagers embraced him with a cheer, and they quickly led him to his mother, who had been recieving anonymous gifts of money while her son was away. After a heart-warming conversation, Saroi let his mother know that, even though he would not stay in the Leaf village, that he would visit her more often. After that, Saroi left the village to continue the path he had chosen, no longer to attain power so he could kill his "father", but because he was needed in every village; his previous actions had started rivalries between nearly every village and nation, so he felt responsible to try and right his wrongs, while making it seem as though he was still a low-down bounty hunter.
Saroi eventually forgot his motive to be a bounty hunter in the excitment of his job, but he never forgot to make his way back to the Leaf village every now and then, even if just for a mission.
