reasons: she lost to orochimaru:flaw:, never used curse mark:flaw:, i dislike her hair stylexd

I think she is strong because she fights the curse mark. Of course she isn't going to beat one of the Sannin, Oro is just too powerful.

All of those reasons are all true. I don't agree that Kabuto isn't weak since he managed to hold his own against Tsunade and take a direct hit from a rasengan.
