This is an OC I made. Still iffy on the name but I think Leyasu Tokugawa sounds awesome, after a famous Japanese Shogun. I plan on coloring the pic but if anyone else wants to do it, I'll be a happy camper xd
Some background info for those that are interested :-
He's a Kumo-nin and was raised by a retired samurai father and a Jonin-level kunoichi mother. Though he works and trains alongside shinobi, Leyasu opted to follow in his father's footsteps rather than his mother's and follow the path of bushido.
This was in part due to his father's overbearingly protective nature and his mother's lack of presence in his childhood life due to missions and such. At younger ages, Leyasu was often the target of ridicule due to his part samurai heritage but the young boy chose to use the harsh words of his comrades as motivation and work to outshine them all. Which he did.
At the age of forty-one, Leyasu is now among Kumo's most respected and famed swordsmen, having inspired an entire generation of samurai potentials within the village. He founded and is now the first taisho of the Encompassing Sky, a group of swordsmen dedicated to upholding Kumogakure's ideals. In his own words, Leyasu wishes to be the sky that protects and shelters the cloud that sails on its back.
