The opponent would think it would be me ofc. Their attention would be diverted towards them while this could be used as an opening to attack. We could put opponent in a genjutsu and they wouldn't realize it. I mean Yes :y: Think about it. They wouldn't know what hit them.

Excellent response.
(Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu) – Haze Clone Technique
Rank: D
Type: Supplementary
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 10
Damage N/A
Description: Haze clone technique is like the regular clone technique in creating intangible clones, although these clones will let the enemy go through them. The Sharingan can see through the illusions. However these clones cannot cause any damage as they are illusions only.
So, these next few jutsus have the user jump up and start spinning in a 360 manner, tossing out kunais at a high speed.
Tell me the purpose and effect of such a jutsu.

It is a very simple technique. It would be useful when there are multiple opponents or summons around the user. It is mostly a good defensive measure.

Excellent. So two more questions.
1. What kind of jutsu would you dissuade people from using?
2. How would you stop someone from using such a jutsu?

Perfect. So both these jutsus derive off the concept of spinning around tossing out weapons. They can go up to long range and can be used for distraction and many other fun manners. xD
(Soryu no Mai) - Rising Dragon Dance
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user jumps up in the air and then spins at high speed throwing a lot of weapons at thier enemy ranging from shuriken, kunai, shuko and many various other weapons.

(Sōgu: Shikyū Geki) - Manipulated Tools: Deadly Spheres Strike
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Desciption: The user pulls out a scroll and rotates it around himself. Many spiked metal balls burst forth from the scroll to strike any nearby opponents or discourage them from using close ranged attacks.
For this next one, I will hand you two small scrolls.
Keep in mind that scrolls are usually light and you can keep a lot of them in your pocket. Just apply a bit of chakra to them to unfold them and summon whatever has been stored in there.

Unfurl these scrolls rapidly towards my clone, both scrolls directed at his feet, so that when you summon the weapons that have been stored in it previously, they will knock my clone up in the air due to the force.
Then after that, toss a chain (I will also hand you one), towards the foot of your opponent. Aim to interlock it around both his feet and drag him back down in a painful manner.

You haven't taught me Killing Intent :T_T:
______

I take the scrolls from your hand, and unfold them with one in each hand, aiming towards your clone's feet. I then release chakra into both the scrolls, causing weapons like Kunai's and shurikens to come outwards hitting your clone in his feet. Due to it's power, it knocks your clone up into the air, I then take the chain that you handed me, and toss it at your clone wrapping the chain around both of his feet. As the chain connects, I pull it down with a good amount of power thus making the clone slam into the ground.

I didn't? O_O Dafuq.
(Sōgu: Fūjin Heki) - Manipulated Tools: Floating Blades Wall
Rank: C
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: The user unrolls in the floor under the enemy two small scrolls and summons many different weapons from them, taking the enemy into the air. Then they wraps the leg of the enemy with a chain and crushes him back down to the ground.
Okay, I'll teach you now.
So what kind of psychological effects would Killing Intent have on an opponent?

Great effect. Infact, it is one of my most favorite moves. It would make the enemies collapse out of sheer fear of his death appearing on his eyes. The best physiological most that it.

The opponent below 2 ranks gets absolutely paralyzed.

And fear is everything in it. As the jutsu describes, the fear of death envelopes the opponent and causes his to collapse.

Perfect. ^_^
(Sakki) - Killing Intent
Rank: D - S
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 10 - 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: Killing Intent is simply the user giving off their pure killing intention, and having it affect their opponent and others around them up to the point of paralyzing them. When the Killing Intent is particularly strong, it can even give the victim visions of their own gruesome death. This can cause the Killing Intent to be confused with a genjutsu, despite not being a genjutsu at all.
Note: Intensity of technique depends on the rank of the user
So, take this huge-ass scroll I handed you, and wave it in a circle to build momentum. As this happens, insert chakra into the scroll and "release" it, causing a giant, chain hammer to appear.
Then, this hammer should smash my opponent somewhere, dealing him instant death.
This move should have instantaneously with no hesitations. It is one, fluid movement.

I take the huge scroll from sensei, and hold it with both of hands since it's heavy then I begin to spin around unrolling the scroll, building up momentum. As I begin to spin, and the scroll unravels, I utilize chakra throughout my body, towards my hands, and releasing it into the scroll. A puff of smoke occurs and a giant chain hammer appears. The hammer gets sent flying towards your clone's direction, due to it being heavy the hammer reaches your clone in a small amount of time, giving it barely time to react, as it smashes your clone's head.

because of something called "gravity" Due to the weight of the hammer, the gravity doesn't allow the hammer to fall down while spinning and also remains constant while throwing.
