Just my theory on the end of the series, short, sweet, and to the point

Sasuke finds the one who knows everything, attains rinnegan

Naruto and co. Start getting owned by tobis combo sharingan/ rinnegan justus

Sasuke appears and starts fighting with naruto and co.

Madara appears after killing/ incapacitating kage and kills sasuke

Sakura arrives on the battlefield right as sasuke is killed

Sasuke admits that naruto has always been right about friendship being stronger than hate and gives him his rinnegan as a parting gift and kicks the bucket

Naruto owns Tobi and seals madara

Tobi absorbs the jyuubi

Epic battle ensues

Naruto uses creation of all things to destroy/ split up jyuubi (fufilling prophecy)

Naruto brings sasuke back using rinnegan tech (can't remember name) and gives his eyes back

Sasuke doesn't believe he will be allowed back in the village even tho he wants to

Naruto threatens to breakk all his bones and drag him back

Epic battle ensues which won't be shown

Last manga is naruto older as hokage, married to hinata and sasuke as police chief married to sakura

The end is after a rather large time skip so anything can happen, including changes of heart, realizations, and earning peoples trust again, and yes, with the rinnegan naruto could own Toni and seal madara

I do not agree nor see that happening at all.

My theory is that Naruto goes ahead and defeats all the bad guys until it's him vs Sasuke in the final showdown. In that battle the result will either be them both somehow surviving after hitting major blows to each other and making amends/leading a new era of peace; or it ends with both of them dying. In the both dying scenario, my guess would then be Sakura takes up their mantle, and usher's a new era of peace in their name as the new hokage (this I explained more thoughourly in a thread I made a while back).
