I feel the same as the OP as well.
This is truning into a DBZ manga and i'm still reading because i love the characters but the arc to me is dragging and drifting away from ninjas. I don't see the fight between Naruto and Sasuke going to be as epic now.

Whether the arc sucks or not is subjective imo. All comes down to opinion.
