Do you mean the Alliance's side? Well it's obligatory that Naruto gets his final "Uber" power-up to take on Obito and Sasuke his own power-up.

how is the power up going to come? and what made you think of that? if anything it would be Naruto and Sasuke. other than that. it will probably be Hiruzen,Minato and Tobirama displaying their secret trump cards leaving us frozen in awe.
