Kaguya was defeated by a group effort of Naruto, Sasuke, Kakashi, and Sakura. (solo=alone hombre)

Naruto and Sasuke fought and ended up both in life threatening condition without the ability to move :|

I don't think any1 can implant Hagoromo's double Rinnegan becuase the chakra of it is incredible and the 1 who isn't the original wielder can't use it's full power...
Obito almost got killed by 1 Rinnegan eye of Madara,and Madara's Rinnegan is just a Kekei Genkai...
Only Hamura and Kaguya can do that,i don't think that guy is the descedant of Hamura...

You do know the difference between blood-line limits and blood-line encompassing is not power, correct? A blood-line limit is what is received through genetics while a blood-line encompassing is what is received through the original being (the Holy Tree). Sasuke has the most poweful Rinnegan.
