Chapter 1
A peacful day it was in Rikou, or atleast that’s what everyone thought. A squad of elite lightining shinobi sped tword the village gates, there mission was a simple but a deadly task indeed. There task was to kill the Rikoukage and take the village by force. The village hidden in knowledge was a newley formed village, started by the infamous leaf shinobi Shikamaru. Shikamaru started the village with one thought in mind, to bring a new type of shinobi, one that used there knowledge to outsmart there opponet in battle instead of having to rely souly on just there jutsu.
[Lighting shinobi1] "Were getting close to the gates, we need to be very stealthy from here on out"
[Lighting shinobi2] "Of course, this is a super s-ranked mission, failure is not an option"
[Lighting shinobi3] "Shh, theres scouts up ahead"
[Knowledge shinobi1] "Its such a nice day out, I dont know why Shikamaru has us out here patroling"
[Knowledge shinobi2] "Because, were a newley formed village, were very vulnerable to attaack from other villages, ...."
The knowledge shinobi grabs his chest and falls over, the second patroling guard runs over to him and puts his hand on his fellow shinobis neck and whispers to himself "heart attack". Two lightining shinobi land on each side of him, he pulls a kunai out of his pack and readys for battle.
[Lighting shinobi1] "Thats right, he had a heart attack, i guess he just cant handle our lightining jutsu"
[Lighting shinobi2] "You knowledge shinobi arent as smart as you think"
As the lightining shinobi stops speaking, the other makes very fast hand signs, "STATIC BALL JUTSU" as the ball of electricity engulfs the knowledge shinobi his corpse turns into a dummy along with his fellow guard, "shit, replacment jutsu..." just then a kunai hits the tree between the two.
[Shikamaru] "Man, dealing with you guys is such a drag"
[Lightining shinobi1] "You knowledge shinobi are cowards, come and fight us"
[Shikamaru] "Im not a coward, Id just much rather be taking a nap"
As lightining shinobi watch from a tree about 400 yards away they debate among each other on if they should help there two comrads, one interupts in the discussion, "DONT MOVE" he points to some wire attatched to a kunai, they look all around them and notice that the entire area they were in now was one big trap, they start to weave in and out of the wires and kunai.
[Shikamaru] "Why try to run? Im already in checkmate"
In a paniced fear they all start to move faster, Shikamaru smiles, "idiots" he starts to walk away, in astonishment that there opponet would turn his back on them, they try to move for an attack to realize they are caught in a shadow jutsu, just then Shikamaru turns around with a kunai in his hand and throws it at the first shinobi, he dodges the attack for him and the shinobi laughs "you dodged your own attack", releasing his control on the shinobi he grins and says "that was the point" he leaps onto a tree branch and takes off. The two shinobi look at each other and laugh, "his mistake" as they turn to look at the kunai, they realize it had a paper bomb attacted to it, just then it explodes causing a chain reaction, trees begin to fall and a hole opens in the ground to reveal spikes, "what a ****ing *******" all the lightining shinobi fall into the hole where to there astonishment more paper bombs start to go off.
[Shikamaru] "What a drag"
